Trick to Download Videos From MegaVideo for Free

Hello Friends, As all of you know about MegaVideo, MegaVideo is a video sharing website run by the creators of Megaupload based in Hong Kong. MegaVideo is one of the 100 most visited website in the world. MegaVideo has various types of online video in its database but MegaVideo is not provide any facility to download videos for free users (means only premium members or membership user can download videos from Megavideo) but here i am giving you one trick by which you can download videos from MegaVideo very easily. To download videos from MegaVideo you mast have Internet Explorer. Now follow the steps shown below to download video from MegaVideo:
1. Open MegaVideo Link in Internet Explorer.

2. After open MegaVideo Link Internet Explorer click on Play button or arrow to play video.

3. Now you can see video is start buffering, now click on stop button. When you click on stop video will continue its buffering so please wait untill all buffering is complete.

4. Once all buffering is completed Go to Tools->Internet Options in Internet Explorer.

5. After that Click on Settings in Temporary Intenet Files section.

6. After click on settings you will see one button “View Files” in dialogue box. Click on View Files.

7. When you click on View Files one window will open which have so mamy files of all extensions, But you will see also one file which have big in size and also don’t have any extension and have big file name, Just copy this file and paste it wherever you want. This is your downloaded video from MegaVideo.

In this way you can download videos from MegaVideo. If you are getting any problem in this trick then comment your problem.

    From so many days i used to refer links in forums and use the same url for downloading, most of the time i was successful in downloading, but only some times i was failed to do it, will try mega upload from now onwards, I have heard lot of positive feedback about mega upload will follow that too.

      Yes, every website does that, when you open it. This is just a matter of choosing to keep one of the files that would normally be deleted.

    funny someone took the answers that were here away from this blog – The way to convert the FLV file is to use youtube converter or any other free converterfrom say Cnet etc… to convert it to an AVI file. So you can save it forever or burn it etc…by the way this trick only works in windows XP it rules.lol i have made over 1000 movies saved this way. A vey few will not work because of the source of upload to whatever site you get video from this trick works on almost all sights putlocker,socksshare,novamovie,stageview,Ufliq etc..

    Durn it after posting below i relized it needs further explanation for people new to this first of all you must have XP with video lan VLC media player installed and a video converter installed on it and be willing to clear your internet cach every day or so (so it has room to store full size movies)make a folder in your documents name it anything you like - it after above is done and you go to temp file location find it – right click on it copy and paste it in the above folder you made then open your downloader/converter i use youtube free from beauniavista software easy to find on internet tricky to instal just say no to all there crud like uncheck box to install thier toolbar un check give us your email etc… btw you can watch the file as it is downloaded with vlc media player just right click on it and open with vlc-windows media player does not have the codex for thes types of files until you download vlc etc.. reason why only will not play these files.

     Once the video has fully buffered, i.e the gray bar has reached the end, keep the internet page open but disconect your computer from the internet and then play the video, this will allow you to watch the full video as it is the megavideo servers that stores your ip address and the time watched, so when disconected from the internet the player wont recieve a message from them to stop at 71 mins

    I have tried this but I have windows vista and after I go to
    Tools->Internet Options there is no Temporary Intenet Files section.
