1) Make sure you closed the content of the files in the folder ‘Locker” and the folder ‘Locker’
2) You must enter the Locker( bat file ; so that it will ask you) , and not the locker folder

just right click on the .bat file and select edit. in the code there is a line “type your password here” remove this line and type ur password

This code does not work for me. its creating the folder but when i try to lock its creating a new unknown file(format) with 0kb.
